We live in a world that celebrates speed, performance, and constant output. Along the way, many of us have lost touch with our bodies, our natural rhythm, and the quiet intelligence within us. From an early age I was a caregiver. That role sparked my fascination with the human body and led me to study Human Biology and Genetics of Human Disease. I then worked in medical education for pharmaceutical companies. Through both personal and professional experiences I witnessed how care was often reduced to symptom management, when what people really needed was relief, recovery, and trust. I created Wholyme in 2018 to change that. As a founder, my vision is clear: to redefine care as a powerful act. One that is rooted in evidence, delivered with integrity, and designed to support long term wellbeing. Because when you care for yourself with intention, that care doesn't stop with you. It ripples outward, impacting how you show up for others and how we build a more connected, compassionate world. That is the power of care, and it is what Wholyme stands for.
