We grew up eating these cheese and cassava biscuits in Bolivia. We call them Cuñapes, the most perfect, delicious, nutritious, and satisfyingly satiating snacks ever made! When we met the local farmers that provided most of the ingredients for our cuñapes, we learned just how much they truly care for their cows, their pastures and their surrounding rainforests. We also learned how they naturally follow regenerative practices and how important they are to our ecosystems. So, inspired by their lives and the delicious snacks we can make with 100% grass fed cheese, we founded Keep Grazin' to lead our way back to nature, one bite at a time.
