Steak Slab-with Fat - Original- 8oz.
net wt 80z (227g)
A whole fat-on beef steak cured with salt, pepper, coriander, spices and vinegar. Hung and air dried under controlled conditions in our USDA certified facility. These 8oz steak slabs are kept whole to be sliced just the way you like it. Thick slices are more chewy, thinner slices are more tender. The fat adds to the flavor of the meat itself. This is a true steak-like eating experience.
