We Must Mustard

We Must Mustard began in Portland, Oregon with a simple idea: mustard could be more than a condiment. Founder Courtney wanted to create a mustard that felt different. Bolder in flavor, more craveable in texture, and beautiful enough to stand out on the shelf. What started as a way to make everyday meals more fun quickly grew into a small batch brand built around dipping, sharing, and elevating simple foods. We Must is crafted with intention, using clean ingredients and slowly cooking each batch to help open up the spices and deepen the flavors. The result is a richer, more layered mustard with a nappé texture made to coat, cling, and deliver a signature bite. Our three flavors, Garden Yellow, Fresh Dill, and Cuvée Blanc Dijon, are made to pair with charcuterie, sausages, grilled meats, vegetables, and salty snacks. They can also be used as an ingredient to bring bright, savory flavor to home cooked meals. We Must is our take on what a modern, flavor driven mustard can be: bold, beautiful, and made for dipping.
