After spending over a decade in manufacturing leadership and quality assurance, overseeing large teams and supporting a multi-billion-dollar business unit, Allison developed a deep respect for process, consistency and doing things the right way. But beyond the corporate world, she felt called to create something more personal: a brand rooted in intentional living, elevated ingredients and everyday ritual. Combining her chemistry and manufacturing expertise with a passion for premium matcha, Allison set out to create a ready-to-drink matcha latte that delivered café-quality flavor with uncompromising standards. After extensive development alongside food scientists and trusted suppliers, Slope & Fog proudly launched its first product: the Original Matcha Latte.
