In 2000, the founder of Say When Beverages (formerly known as The Chai Company) was on an expedition in the Himalayas where he discovered chai. He enjoyed it so much that he made some for his family and friends upon his return. It was loved by all and the rest was history! The chai brewing operations started in his basement. Today, operations span over 22,000 sqft in our state of the art SQF certified brewery.
