Triquetra

At 22, Triquetra founder Sean Gill was hospitalized and doctors had no answers. They handed him a bag of medications, a list of side effects, and told him to come back if things got worse. But Sean didn't want to manage symptoms. He wanted to get better. That moment sparked an obsessive pursuit of answers. Sean immersed himself in holistic health, integrative medicine, plant-based nutrition, and the science of how the body actually heals. He discovered a principle that would become Triquetra's foundation: nature holds the raw materials for optimal health, and science is how we unlock their full potential. Triquetra Health was built on that conviction — "Discovered in nature. Optimized by science." Over the years, the mission became deeply personal in new ways. When Sean's son Elijah was diagnosed with autism, it deepened his compassion and urgency for helping both adults and children navigate complex health challenges — and ignited a passion for methylated vitamins and how proper methylation support can benefit people across a wide spectrum of needs. When his wife faced her own hormonal and health challenges after having children, it reinforced what Sean already believed: wellness isn't one-dimensional. These aren't products built for a faceless customer — they're formulas Sean trusts with the people he loves most. We believe health spans mind, body, and spirit, and that whole-being wellness demands a whole-being approach. Every Triquetra formula addresses root causes using clinically studied ingredients at fully transparent doses. No proprietary blends, no filler, no shortcuts. Our product line now spans digestive health, cognitive performance, immune support, methylation and beyond. Every batch is third-party tested. Every ingredient is traceable. Every dose is disclosed. Triquetra started with one man's refusal to settle — and grew through a family's determination to do more. You deserve better than just okay.
