Life changed serendipitously in 2020 upon meeting my husband Josh. It marked the start of the two of us joining forces and building something extraordinary. My first career spanned over 23 years within the healthcare and life sciences industry in the field of Global Taxation and as a CPA. While living in New York City during this time, my vision was ignited, feeding the senses with art, ambience, and the very best of food and drink. I was inspired by creating drinks that elevate the senses, drinks that were memorable and unique with a combination of simple, natural ingredients. I wanted to make this passion a bigger part of my life and work. I took a radical professional turn, leaving my successful career to focus on blending my interests with my new entrepreneurial spirit. Meanwhile, Josh has been in the food and beverage industry for about 40 years. He's a food scientist, a chemist, a microbiologist, and flavor and product developer, and he's built and ran several beverage co-packing manufacturing facilities in Southern California over his career. He's shaped the beverage industry for decades, helping startups and mid-sized companies launch new products while supporting their growth and presence in the marketplace. He's helped make many of them into national brands today. When I decided to pursue my own entrepreneurial journey, Josh was my biggest supporter. In May 2021, I founded my company with the primary purpose of being a strategic partner in product innovation, development, and production, focusing on products with hemp and botanical ingredients or with special functionalities for health and wellness, helping customers bring those products to market. We have evolved since, driven by constant transformation and evolution, expanding into the canning and retort operations, including building capabilities to produce small to large-scale volume, shelf-stable, ready to drink beverages. With many years dedicated to helping others launch, our stars aligned and made it our time to become a Star. The combination of our joint strengths and expertise have given rise to Stellify. It has become our brand's name as out-of-this-world flavors are found in the simplest of ingredients.
