As a professional endurance athlete, Stoked Oats founder Simon Donato, PhD, needed a breakfast that would give him the clean nutrition needed to support 25 hours per week of running, cycling, and weights. He started creating his own superfood oatmeal blends in 2011 after consulting with nutrition experts and selling them at local farmers markets in Calgary, AB. From these humble beginnings, Stoked Oats became widely known through Simon's energy-charged NBC TV show Boundless, which was recently sold to Amazon Prime, and has since become a household name in Canada - selling in all major retailers including Costco. Stoked Oats launched in the US in 2022 and is quickly gaining strong traction, selling with high velocities in the PNW, CA, the NE, and Texas. Stoked Oats is truly a family run business, as Simon's wife Chanelle, Columbia University graduate and former NextEra Energy renewable energy developer, joined the team in 2020 and now serves as the Chief Growth Officer, while Simon continues to serve as CEO and President.
