When our daughter was 3 we discovered she needed to eliminate gluten from her diet. This was back in 2010, so the options for gluten free packaged goods were extremely limited, expensive, and not very good. In 2013 we realized our younger daughter was lactose intolerant, and we had good friends with egg and nut allergies. We think everyone deserves to have treats, so we wanted to come up with a delicious, allergy free product that anyone could eat, and that they would also WANT to eat. After a lot of trial and error, JACK's was born in 2015. JACK stands for the members of our family - Josh, Avery, Cadence, and Karissa.
