Lentiful

Hiya, we're Ben and Brooke Bacon. Like millions of other Americans, we've been on a journey these past few years to eat more plant-based foods. (Even with our last name Bacon!) Our journey has led us to fall in love with lentils. Yes, lentils!! High protein, high fiber, slow digesting carbs that help us feel fuller for longer. With one of the lowest carbon footprints of any food out there, which we dig.  But with 4 kids, 2 dogs and endless meetings and activities, we don't always have the time to make lentils. So we created Lentiful, the ultimate hack for plant-based eating. Perfect for those busy workdays when we just want to eat something healthy, tasty and fast!
