Oodaalolly

Hernan Lauber is a 2nd generation chocolate maker. He was born in the Philippines and raised in Switzerland and the US. He learned chocolate making from his Swiss father who is a Swiss trained chocolatier and chocolate maker. After working overseas for almost a decade as a manufacturing engineer and management consultant, Hernan returned to the US in 2016 and discovered bean-to-bar chocolate being made using cacao from the Philippines. Although good, this chocolate was not what Hernan thought of when he thought of chocolate and so Oodaalolly was born. Oodaalolly is a modern Filipino twist on classic Swiss chocolate. Oodaalolly combines the precision and artistry of Swiss chocolate making with Philippine sourced natural and organic ingredients and flavors putting a new twist on classic chocolate flavor profiles. Our brand values are Joy, Integrity, Community, and Love. Oodaalolly works directly with farmers in the Philippines and since 2024, we manufacture all our products in Richmond, California.
