Marta's Cocina

Marta’s was born in Chef Julian Medina’s kitchen. Marta was his first prep cook, and she helped him perfect his salsa recipes, bringing a mix of family tradition and bold flavor. For years these salsas were only in his restaurants, but people would order it by the pint to bring it home. Marta’s Cocina brings them out of the restaurant and into people’s everyday lives. Our first product is a Roasted Tomato Salsa. It’s made in small batches from simple ingredients and has the depth of flavor you expect from a chef-driven Mexican kitchen. We pack it in a 5.5 oz squeeze pouch because people end up putting it on everything: chips, eggs, rice, tacos, even pizza. We launched in July 2026, selling direct at martas-cocina.com and through a growing list of grocers in NYC, the Hamptons, Miami, LA, and more.
