From the Farm was born from a simple belief: how our food is grown matters just as much as what we eat. After a decade investing in finance, agriculture, and supply chains, we saw firsthand how far the American dairy system had moved from its roots. Small farms were disappearing, production had become increasingly concentrated, and dairy was being treated as a commodity—prioritizing volume and efficiency over quality. For Lindsey, it was personal, too. Told from a young age that she was lactose intolerant, she spent years believing dairy simply wasn’t for her. But she realized it wasn't the milk making her sick—it was how the cows were raised and how the milk was processed. We partner with small organic farms raising pasture-based, A2/A2 cows and start with exceptional milk. From there, we craft products using real, whole-food ingredients and no unnecessary fillers or shortcuts. Our ice cream is made with organic A2 milk, sweetened with raw, unrefined sugar, and contains no gums or ultra-processed additives. From the Farm is about bringing dairy back to what it was always meant to be: real food, from real farms.
