UNFOG

UNFOG was created because we saw a problem that seemed to be everywhere. People were showing up exhausted, overwhelmed, distracted, and running on empty. Stress had become normal. Mental fatigue had become expected. Brain fog was something people simply learned to live with. As a former law enforcement officer, resilience coach, and endurance athlete, I spent my career studying human performance. Whether it was first responders making critical decisions, executives leading teams, or athletes pushing their limits, one thing became clear: performance starts with the brain and nervous system. Yet most solutions focused on quick fixes. More caffeine. More stimulants. More ways to push through. UNFOG was built on a different idea. What if we could support focus, mental performance, and cognitive wellness without relying on caffeine? What if we could help people feel more present, think more clearly, and navigate the demands of modern life with greater resilience? That question led to the creation of UNFOG. UNFOG is more than a beverage. It's part of a larger mission to help people reclaim their focus, energy, and potential. We believe cognitive wellness deserves the same attention as physical wellness. When your mind is clear, everything improves to include your work, your relationships, your decisions, and your ability to show up for what matters most. Today, UNFOG is helping people combat mental fatigue, support focus, and build healthier daily habits. From busy professionals to stay at home moms, and travelers to athletes, we're committed to providing practical tools that help people operate at their best. Because life is hard enough without having to fight through the fog. Our mission is simple: Help people think clearly, feel better, and perform at their best. Welcome to UNFOG.
