Health One started in 1994 with a clear goal. Our founder, Dr. Stephen Schultz, saw that many people were struggling to reach their health goals. They were often stuck between "quick-fix" diets that didn't work and plans that were too hard to follow. Dr. Schultz knew there had to be a better way to support people as they worked toward lasting wellness. He brought together a team of doctors, dietitians, and scientists to create a new kind of nutritional tool. They didn't want to make just another protein shake. They wanted to build a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. This led to the birth of Health One. For years, our formulas were tested and used primarily in medical centers to ensure they were rooted in real evidence. Now, we are entering an exciting new chapter. We are bringing the full Health One line—including our meal replacements and functional snack bars—out of the doctor's office and into the hands of the general public.
