Healo Foods

Igor Chukhriy is the founder and co-owner of Healo Foods. He has spent years educating himself on the broth, meats and poultry industries, so he knows the products inside out. Igor grew up in Ukraine and was involved in a meat business in his home country. When Igor came to the U.S. 24 years ago, he got back into the meat business and started doing research, meeting with farmers, visiting agricultural companies and establishing relationships with the best suppliers. For his restaurant, Igor began using special high-end quality products from small farms, including Joyce Farms, which owns a line of Heritage products, including beef and chicken. His specialized menu separated him from competitors, and business flourished. However, Igor realized that the high-end products used in his restaurant's menu could also be sold in a store. From there, Healo Foods was born.
