We are solving the under-representation of Persian and Middle Eastern flavors in the sauce aisle. As an Iranian refugee and a second-generation immigrant family, this is deeply personal. We searched for the flavors that connected us to our heritage, yet found no clean-label, modern options available in the stores. So we made our own. What began as homemade sauces shared at family gatherings and team dinners quickly became something people couldn't stop asking to take home.
