LIXIR was founded in 2022 with a simple but ambitious idea - to reinvent one of the world's oldest fermented beverages for the modern era. Inspired by ancient honey wines enjoyed across cultures for thousands of years, we set out to create a contemporary, sessionable expression built for today's consumer. What began as an exploration of mead quickly evolved into something entirely new: Hard Honey. By blending regenerative organic honey with real fruit and botanicals, LIXIR became a light, refreshing, and functional alternative to hard seltzers and sugary RTDs. From day one, our focus has been on quality, sustainability, and category creation - honoring tradition while pushing alcohol forward into a cleaner, more intentional future.
