PhoLicious LLC

PhoLicious was founded in 2021 by husband-and-wife team Joseph and Anh Trousdale, inspired by Anh's Vietnamese heritage and family recipes. As food lovers, we were frustrated by bland, overly processed instant meals that lacked authenticity and heart. What began in our home kitchen quickly turned into a mission: recreate the comfort, flavor, and soul of traditional Asian dishes—without shortcuts. After years of refining recipes and sourcing real ingredients, PhoLicious launched with premium instant Pho and quickly gained national recognition, including an appearance on Shark Tank and placement in major retailers across the U.S. Today, we continue to innovate with new offerings like our Pad Thai Stir Fry Rice Noodle Bowl, crafted to deliver bold, balanced Thai flavors in minutes—while staying true to our roots and the food traditions that inspired us from the start.
