Melby is a new brand launching in 2026! We were inspired by real consumers who told us that a clean, gluten-free diet has a life changing impact on how they feel. However, at first this dietary journey can be discouraging. It can mean accepting a "new normal" for the quality, taste and convenience of bakery favorites, and that "ok at best" is all they can hope for now when it comes to breads and sweet treats. That didn't sit well with us, so we set out to change it while being unapologetic about who we are - gluten-free, clean, allowing eaters to live fully without compromise.
