Mochi Love was born during the pandemic—a time of uncertainty and stress—when I turned to cooking and baking as a creative escape. That's when I discovered mochi rice flour, and everything changed. I started adding it to everything—cookies became mochi-cookies, pancakes turned into mochi-pancakes, dumplings transformed into mochi-dumplings. I fell in love with the dough's versatility—chewy, crispy, bouncy, sweet, savory—endlessly fun and delicious. Then, one day, I added edible glitter to a mochi creation, and something clicked.
