The Cycle

The Cycle was founded in 2025 by Anastasia Sartan with a clear mission: to make PMS and period days something women can actually enjoy. For generations, women have been expected to push through cramps, fatigue, mood swings, and discomfort with a smile—or keep quiet about what they're experiencing. Anastasia, who is deeply health-conscious and prefers natural, food-based solutions over pills and powders, realized how limited the existing options were. Pharmaceuticals and supplements dominated the space, yet no one was offering a simple, delicious ready-to-drink beverage designed specifically to support women throughout their cycle. Determined to change that, Anastasia set out to blend clinical science, traditional botanicals, and truly enjoyable flavor. The Cycle launched with two functional superfruit teas: PMS Relief and Period Relief. Each beverage features research-backed ingredients like sea buckthorn (a potent natural source of Omega-7), adaptogens, and herbs historically used to support hormonal balance, digestion, inflammation, and emotional wellbeing. Our formulations are cold-brewed for potency, non-carbonated for comfort, and designed to feel like a daily ritual of relief that women can actually look forward to. But The Cycle's story is about more than functional ingredients. It's about reframing how we talk about women's health. We intentionally use direct language like "PMS" and "period" on our cans because these experiences are normal—not something to hide behind euphemisms like "that time of the month." Our brand exists to reduce stigma, start conversations, and celebrate women's wellbeing with honesty and pride. From our early days as a DTC brand to engaging with national retailers, The Cycle is tapping into a fast-growing and long-underserved category: functional food and beverage solutions designed by and for women.
