Sheena Jongeneel L.Ac.is the founder and CEO of Empress, a women's wellness and hormone health supplement line. As a frontline healthcare provider and practitioner with 18 years of experience, Sheena brings evidence-based natural herbs and botanicals to market—formulated from her extensive clinical expertise. The inspiration for Empress came when her daughter experienced her first period with excruciating cramps. Determined to help not just her daughter but women everywhere, Sheena set out to translate her clinical knowledge into carefully formulated CPG products developed alongside an MD. Throughout her 18 years in practice, Sheena has witnessed time-tested, scientifically validated herbs successfully address PMS, perimenopause, and menopause—alleviating symptoms including night sweats, hot flashes, low libido, acne, weight gain, painful periods, and mood swings. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Women's Reproductive Health, furthering her expertise in women's hormone health and her mission to provide natural, effective, accessible solutions for women at every life stage.
