BOOM Chaga, LLC

It all started with a chance encounter at a farmers market in early 2021—in the midst of the pandemic, when health and wellness were top of mind for everyone. Rich Funk, a seasoned executive in the consumer goods industry, met a vendor selling chaga mushroom chunks—used for brewing a traditional medicinal tea revered for its incredible health benefits. Intrigued, Rich dove into the world of chaga and uncovered its reputation as the "king of superfoods," renowned for its unique antioxidants, heart and gut health beta-glucans, and its overall immune-boosting properties. Rich was shocked to learn that nobody had mastered how to best extract and maintain the amazing properties chaga naturally contains. He partnered with a third party lab, owned and led by MIT PhD chemists, to analyze and create a process to optimize the positive, healthy compounds while removing the one bad (oxalic acid). Fast-forward 2.5 years and BOOM Chaga was born - the highest concentrate liquid chaga extract on the market, and the only one with zero oxalates. BOOM Chaga was created to provide a breakthrough, all-natural health solution. History, science and customer testimonials all align that BOOM Chaga is fulfilling its purpose - we are proud to naturally be improving lives, one sip at a time.
