In 2018 I (Hannah) approached her Mom, Tami with a wild idea - a gourmet stuffed tater tot Food Truck. Growing up cooking with her and seeing her work ethic, she didn't even hesitate to respond, "Let's do it!" Since then, we have 3 Food Trucks and started our Wholesale program in 2022. We currently are in stores, restaurants and breweries throughout Wisconsin. Our goal is to grow regionally then nationally and share our product and family story with as many families as we can!
