Audrey Dunham is a vegan cookbook author, recipe blogger, and founder and creator of Autumn Sons Baking Co. and Peanut's Bake Shop; both decadent, allergen free cookie mix lines that are currently sold online in both the US and Canada. She is also the proud mama of twin sons, Jack and James, and wife to comedian, Jeff Dunham. Audrey and Jeff co-hosted a traveling food show at one point called Incredible Edible America that aired on the Food Network. One of Audrey's favorite activities is baking something scrumptious for her family and friends, but she also has a long history with the health and fitness industries. She spent a handful of years as a fitness competitor, and also earned certifications in sports nutrition, plant based nutrition, as well as fitness training. Her goal in life now is to help make the vegan lifestyle as easy, approachable and delicious as possible, by sharing simple recipes, Youtube videos, and offering vegan holiday cookbooks and easy-to-make cookie mixes! Audrey started AutumnSonsBaking in 2022 to allow home bakers to make decadently delicious cookies that are amazingly top 9 allergen free, GFCO certified, nonGMO project verified, and OU Kosher. This means they can proudly serve these cookies to those with and without special dietary preferences, needs, or sensitivities. The added bonus is Autumn Sons cookie mixes are simple and quick to make; all bakers need to provide are a little water, oil and about 15 minutes.
