projo*

Projo* was born in 2021 from a simple but life-changing discovery: coffee and protein work better together. At the time, I was deep into my health and fitness journey, recovering from an eating disorder and rebuilding my life through nutrition, training, and purpose. I was drinking coffee all day just to stay energized, but I was still falling short on my protein intake. My fiancée and gym partner, Lisa, had the opposite issue, she avoided coffee completely because it made her anxious and jittery. One day, I started mixing protein into my coffee. Instantly, it became a game-changer. Not only was I getting the fuel I needed, but Lisa could actually enjoy coffee for the first time without the crash. We later learned that protein helps slow the absorption of caffeine, giving a more stable and sustained energy boost. That small discovery turned into a mission to create a coffee that truly does more, for your body, your mind, and the world around you. That's how Projo* was born, and what it stands for: Purpose – We're here to create a positive impact with products and resources that help people live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
