Mooski

The product was inspired by my mom's muesli (Swiss-style overnight oats) recipe. My mom was born and raised in Switzerland and was also a competitive skier. Her breakfast of choice, like many other skiers in Switzerland - was muesli - because its tasty, fresh and nutrient dense. The perfect fuel before a ski practice. Well, after spending my whole career working for bar brands (RXBAR and Clio Snacks), I came up with the idea of taking my mom's muesli recipe and transforming it into bar form - using chocolate as a vehicle to hold together and maintain the soft oat texture. When it came time to name the brand I went with "Mooski" - a play on the words "muesli" and "ski", which are a nod to the Swiss culture and skiing community where the product has its roots. I launched the product back in 2022 in San Diego and we are now sold in over 500 stores nationwide. We look forward to bringing our fridge-fresh granola bars to more stores and people for years to come!
