When Copper Cow Coffee founder Debbie Wei Mullin launched the company in 2017, her mission went beyond sharing her Vietnamese-American heritage and passion for coffee. She wanted to create a new coffee experience—one rooted in the unique flavors of Vietnamese coffee while championing sustainable practices that empower coffee farmers. Vietnam is the world's second-largest coffee producer, yet it has historically been overlooked in the premium coffee space, especially regarding sustainable, high-quality offerings. Copper Cow Coffee is here to change that. By sourcing directly from farmers and investing in sustainable practices, we are transforming how the world experiences Vietnamese coffee. As we grow, we're also excited to explore other untapped regions, sharing hidden gem coffees from across the globe while supporting communities at the source. We're thrilled to announce a milestone: the introduction of the first-ever Certified Organic Vietnamese coffee. Years of work, research, and dedication have culminated in this achievement, underscoring our commitment to quality and sustainability.
