Aussie Select

Begun in 2019, Aussie Select began with an epiphany at the deli--why is lamb, a favorite protein among Americans, not available in a convenient, precooked format? Today, Aussie Select is dedicated to redefining what premium deli products should be. Our journey began with a mission: to offer high-quality, globally inspired, convenient lamb products that stand out not only for their taste but for the responsibility and care taken in every step of their creation. Our products come from a rich heritage of sustainable farming practices in Australia, where the focus is on responsible sourcing and ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare. We believe that great-tasting food should never be at the cost of the environment or ethical standards. That's why we partner with farmers who share our vision for premium quality and sustainability. Aussie Select is for those who value craftsmanship, flavor innovation, and transparency. Our unique selection of products—from lamb pastrami to other globally influenced cuts—brings the world to your table. Every product reflects the perfect balance of culinary creativity and a dedication to excellence, whether you're serving it in a deli or enjoying it at home. We pride ourselves on being a brand that's not just about food but about forging connections. Whether it's between global flavors, responsible sourcing, or the joy of sharing something special with loved ones, Aussie Select is a brand that brings it all together.
