Ryan Wagner grew up in a small Wisconsin town hunting, fishing, and enjoying the bounty of those harvests. As he grew older and experienced different cultures and backgrounds, he realized his upbringing was markedly different from others'. His love for good food and great company led to his development of unique recipes for his hunting and fishing harvests. Those recipes made some of his first charcuterie and are still used today. After establishing himself in the Driftless Region of SW Wisconsin, Ryan set off to use his upbringing and those lessons to create Driftless Provisions as a way to connect people to the land, animals, farmers and each other. The vision has come to life over time and the reach of Driftless Provisions has grown coast to coast. We take pride in all our recipes and products and continue to strive to be stewards of good food and this planet.
