I was inspired to create drench after reading the ingredients of traditional store-bought dressings. I couldn't believe the toxic ingredients such as polysorbate 60, disodium innosoate and titanium dioxide, which one I googled it, learned it was a whitening agent used in industrial paint! From that point on, I decided to make my own dressings with clean ingredients. After I founded drench in 2016, I was confronted with a health scare. During my journey to start my own business, I had to pivot and begin another journey to battle breast cancer. At that point, eating healthy was more important than ever! After an 18 month long battle, I won, thank God, and continued to pursue my mission to make healthier options available to everyone.
