I had a heart attack at the age of 41 with a 99.9% blockage in July 08' followed by the great recession in September. I had a successful flower business thant tanked due to the economy and my cardiologist said I need to take yoga because I was tightly wrapped and I needed to eat healthier so I took us boxing and opened a cafe experimenting with recipes. I created a company and a healthiy cookie line and moved to a manufacturing facilit. Then covid hit and we took another blow. In 2021 i was asked to cater for a production at a new studio in Yonkers. I created a huge line of healthier food to feed the cast and crew. From scratch is time consuming so i started researching freezing and found the new technology, flash freezing. Then the actors strike happen so i decided to package the healthier food I created for cast and crew flash freeze it and start a food precooked/parbaked food company. Make lemonade out of lemons!
