Sun Ghee

Sun Ghee began out of a health and wellness journey for our founder after she had kids and had trouble recovering. Along with changing how she ate and leaning into cultural and heritage foods and spices, she used ghee as her main source of fat and began to feel better. She started making it for other people and infusing it with herbs and spices. People would come back for more and from there, Sun Ghee was born. In addition to wanting to share this delightful flavorful fat for cooking, Farnosh also wanted to share tastes and flavors from different parts of the world through ghee. With herbs like rosemary and sage ghee for roasting chicken and Aleppo chili ghee for cooking eggs, Sun Ghee is expanding the common uses of ghee and creating more opportunities for people to infuse healthy flavor into their foods.
