You need time, ingredients, and know-how...and never have all 3. Plus, existing solutions were full of sugar and artificial flavors. Alison and Chloe were inspired by cold brew and tea to reinvent the tea bag for a new purpose: cocktail-making! They wanted a solution that was not only better-for-you, but also better for the environment, and tasted amazing with or without spirits. When sampling their original flavors, one said to the other "do you want another?" "If you say so..." turned into the name SAYSO. SAYSO was born and they haven't looked back!
