Our founder Richard Stanton has traveled to over 70 countries and witnessed first-hand the devastating impacts of plastic pollution on communities and ecosystems. During his global journeys, he was inspired to make a difference after seeing beaches devastated by single-use plastic waste and noticing the lack of reusable, sustainable options for staying hydrated on the go. Launched in 2016 and headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, Healthy Human was started with the mission of reducing single-use plastics and enabling healthier lifestyles through innovative drinkware. We design durable, portable water bottles and tumblers that keep drinks cold up to 24 hours. This allows people to stay hydrated wherever they may travel or adventure. Over the years, Healthy Human has diverted over 5 million single-use plastic bottles from ending up in oceans and landfills through our popular reusable stainless steel bottles and our Recycle & Recover program. Our award-winning designs ranked as CNN Underscored's Best Water Bottle for four consecutive years and counting thanks to innovations like our ergonomic Curve bottles that fit perfectly in hand. As a proud B-Corp certified company dedicated to social responsibility, we donate a share of each sale to nonprofits focused on cleaning and protecting waterways and the environment. Everything we do goes back to our founding belief that business should be used as a force for good. Just as travel opened our founder's eyes to the plastic crisis, we hope to open more eyes to solutions.
