I grew up in South Asia, believing in a proactive and holistic approach to health. My parents used adaptogens and botanicals to cure anything and everything. When I was faced with stressful times during my consulting career at McKinsey, I turned to some of the ingredients I had grown up with and got deeper into the science behind it. I noticed its amazing impact, and when the world was in chaos during COVID, I decided to develop Moment to support others.
