Outer Aisle was born out of our Founder's personal journey to remove sugar and processed carbs from her diet. After experiencing joint pain and stomach discomfort, our Founder was put on a Gluten and Grain Free diet. She felt amazing and as a bonus lost 20 lbs. Deciding to continue eating this way, but missing bread, she set out to create what is now Outer Aisle. Named by the fact that our simple 4 ingredients all come from the outer perimeter of the store.
