The Humble Seed

The Humble Seed is a better-for-you snack food brand founded by four CPG industry veterans with proven success in building, scaling, and exiting businesses. The team behind the majority woman-owned business has collectively launched over 150 new products and has over 100 years of combined experience with large and small CPG companies. As our name suggests, we celebrate the small but mighty seed. Seeds are little plant-based superfoods that are good sources of healthy fats, fiber, and minerals. Today, seeds are largely used as a flavor variety or a mix-in, despite the market opportunity and strong consumer interest in seeds. We launched The Humble Seed with a line of seriously seedy snack crackers that make seeds the star of the show. Unlike most crackers which rely on grain or nut flours as the primary ingredient, we bake together six of these little superfoods – sunflower, chia, flax, sesame, pumpkin, and hemp – to make our perfectly snackable and deliciously crisp crackers.
