Our organic coconut syrup, or coconut nectar, is made by gathering fresh sap from coconut tree blossoms. This buttery, caramel-like syrup is similar in taste and consistency to molasses. However, it’s akin to maple syrup in how it’s made. These syrups are made by simmering the sap of a tree until it becomes thick and very concentrated.
