It is handmade by our cheesemaker in small microbatches with Graziers Grass-Fed milk sourced from local Northern California dairies. It features the smooth and creamy texture that we’re known for. The Hatch Chile provides a subtly sweet and smoky taste that perfectly balances with the creaminess of the jack. Grass Fed Products have higher Omega-3’s and CLA’s.
