Simply The Zest-Zester
The best zest, period. The fine, precision-etched holes on this zester produce delicate citrus zest without the bitter pith, for show-stopping garnishes and incredible aroma and flavor. The wide design is also perfect for hard cheeses, so you can grate melt-in-your-mouth parmesan. The BPA-free, recycled plastic cover doubles as a catcher for mess-free zesting. With the non-slip silicone foot, you can be stationary over a cutting board or mobile over a pot or a plate.
