The öl brew Story: Brewed for Connection Some of the best ideas come from living a little differently. For more than two decades, my husband, Cooper, and I raised our four children while living around the world during his 23-year career as a CIA officer. From Europe to the Middle East, we experienced different cultures, traditions, and ways of bringing people together. Living abroad, we discovered something we couldn't find back home: delicious non-alcoholic malt beverages that were full-bodied, flavorful, and deeply rooted in the culture of gathering. Whether celebrating with friends, sharing a meal, or simply slowing down at the end of the day, these drinks were part of everyday life. Coming home we looked for these drinks to enjoy and share with friends but couldn’t find anything like them, so we created our own. Inspired by our years in Sweden and Nordic traditions like Fika and harvest festivals, we created öl brew, America's first Fruit + Malt Soda. A completely new drink experience that combines smooth, full-bodied malt with vibrant fruit flavors and a crisp, sparkling finish.
