Dance Water started with a simple question: why does staying hydrated and energized have to mean choosing between a sugary sports drink and an over-caffeinated energy drink? Our founder, Brett, was a Division 1 athlete, and hydration and recovery were part of his daily routine. After college, the options didn’t fit real life. Sports drinks had too much sugar or too much sodium for a workday. Energy drinks delivered a jolt and then a crash. Brett wanted something in between, a drink for the everyday mover. Dance Water sits where fitness meets dance music culture. It’s a sparkling functional hydration drink for the 2pm reset, the pre-workout, and the long day that turns into a night out. Each 12oz can has 250mg of electrolytes, 45mg of natural caffeine, magnesium, L-theanine, and only 3g of sugar, with no artificial ingredients. The result is steady energy and real hydration without the crash. We launched in March 2026 with three flavors: Citrus Groove, Berry Rhythm, and Tropical Pulse. Dance Water is now sold direct-to-consumer and on Amazon, and we’re expanding into natural retail. Our mission is to help people keep moving, whether that’s at the gym, at work, or on the dance floor.
