Elixir Shots

Elixir Shots was founded on a simple belief: food has the power to change lives. As a board-certified family physician specializing in integrative medicine, Dr. Lina Delbrück spent years helping patients manage chronic health conditions. While medications often played an important role, she saw that lasting improvements almost always started with the same foundation, better nutrition, healthier habits, quality sleep, regular movement, and stress management. The challenge was that even people who wanted to eat healthier often struggled to make it fit into their busy lives. Together, Lina and her husband James set out to create a simple solution: nutrient-dense, physician-crafted wellness shots made from real organic ingredients that people could enjoy in seconds. From sourcing vibrant Hawaiian turmeric grown on their family's farm in Kauaʻi to carefully selecting premium organic ingredients from around the world, every recipe is thoughtfully crafted to combine ingredients that work well together—without artificial flavors, added sugars, or unnecessary fillers. Each shot is cold-pressed to preserve the naturally occurring nutrients found in whole fruits and vegetables. What started as a passion project in a home kitchen has grown into a mission to make real nutrition more convenient and accessible for everyone. Today, Elixir Shots is helping thousands of people build healthier daily habits—one cold-pressed shot at a time. Because we believe the best wellness routine isn't the most complicated one. It's the one you'll actually stick with.
