I am a food scientist, product developer, and most importantly, a Dad to two young boys who wanted to make cooking more flavorful, less stressful, healthier, and with no tears from onions! I was tired of the nightly prep and making sure I had all the right ingredients for an authentic, healthy, home cooked meal - but the options that existed either didn't solve the whole issue, or were low quality ingredients / flavors etc so I decided to create my own product. The onions are lightly cooked, perfectly seasoned and preserved in 100% olive oil. You can eat them ON-or-IN all your favorite foods -- dips, burgers, meat, fish, vegetables, soup, salads, dressings, eggs, sandwiches etc... They can either be eaten straight out of the jar (ON) or used as a cooking ingredient (IN) -- so try some today and CRY LESS, COOK MORE!
