AyurSome Wellness

AyurSome Wellness was born from a very personal journey back to my roots. Growing up, my mother and grandmother cooked with intention every day. Our spice cabinet doubled as our pharmacy — turmeric, ginger, cardamom, and herbs weren't exotic ingredients, they were just how we lived. Ayurveda wasn't a philosophy I studied; it was the rhythm of our home. Then life happened. I spent 15+ years building a career in corporate accounting and financial services. Successful by every external measure, yet I carried a quiet restlessness — a feeling that I wasn't touching people's lives in a way that truly mattered. Meditation changed that. It brought me back to stillness, and with stillness came clarity — that the wisdom I had grown up with was exactly what the world around me was searching for. That wellness doesn't have to be complicated or intimidating. It can be as simple as a cup of tea made with the right herbs, or a cookie baked with ancient grains and real ingredients. I left my corporate career and founded AyurSome Wellness — a WBENC-certified, AAPI woman-owned brand based in New Jersey. Today we craft USDA Organic herbal teas and ancient grain cookies rooted in Ayurvedic traditions and designed for modern everyday life. Every product we make carries that original intention — to bring balance, nourishment, and a little bit of that home-kitchen wisdom into people's daily routines. — Divya Kumar, Founder
