Real Food. No Shortcuts. Paleovalley was born out of a personal health transformation. Co-founder Dr. Autumn Smith was working as a personal trainer on a world tour with Jennifer Lopez, where constant travel led her to rely on convenient foods labeled "healthy," but often filled with hidden sugars, additives, and highly processed ingredients. At the same time, she had been struggling with persistent digestive issues that no expert could fully resolve. It wasn't until she eliminated those foods and returned to a nutrient-dense, whole-food approach that everything began to change. Within 30 days, her digestive issues disappeared. Her energy improved, her mind became clearer, and she felt like herself again. That experience became a mission. In 2013, Autumn and her husband Chas founded Paleovalley to create products that prioritize real nutrition, transparent sourcing, and ingredients the body can actually recognize and use. From the beginning, Paleovalley set out to challenge the "health food" industry, where many products rely on additives, fillers, and ultra-processed ingredients despite better-for-you claims. Today, Paleovalley offers a full line of functional foods and supplements, including 100% grass fed and finished, naturally fermented beef sticks, bone broth protein powders, and whole-food-based supplements. Every product is made without seed oils, refined sugars, or artificial additives.
