Tycoolz was founded after Pha Lo lost her soul dog, Ty - watching helplessly as a mysterious illness ate away at his insides. Rewinding the reel of their time together, Pha's memories of love and joy were punctuated by painful moments of regret. Pha had fed Ty cheap processed 'dog' food his whole life. She had forgotten her own upbringing that taught her 'food is medicine,' and thus every ingredient matters. Pha vowed to do better not only for her newly adopted dogs - but for other dogs and their parents. She set off to research ingredients, and spent two years creating what would become Tycoolz premium frozen treats - the perfect way to use joy to deliver a boost of clean nutrition.. Today, Pha uses the hard lessons she learned from loving and losing Ty to offer pet parents a better choice.
